USA shipments

Norlab Inc. ships orders within the USA via UPS Ground Service Delivery unless notified otherwise (i.e. expedited delivery or another shipper.) Please email us prior to ordering at: support@norlabdyes.com Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout. 

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam and the Armed Forces (AA, AE & AP addresses) will ship via USPS.

Buyer is responsible for re-shipping charges when package is returned to us by the shipper due to an incorrect shipping address being provided or if the shipper was unable to forward or deliver the package.

Please notify us if package is damaged and we will immediately re-ship a replacement package and will handle any claims directly with the freight company. Pleae contact us at support@norlabdyes.com

 

Canada Shipments

Norlab Inc. ships orders to Canada via UPS Ground Service Delivery unless notified otherwise by the buyer. UPS acts as the Broker unless specified by the customer. Please email us prior to ordering at: support@norlabdyes.com and provider broker name, phone number & email address.

Buyer is responsible for payment of the Broker fee (approximately 2.7%) & import duties & taxes (approximately 6% of the product value), which is not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Please contact your local customs office in advance to find out what these charges will be, prior to ordering. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout.

If the tracking shows the customer package is being held for payment of these charges, customer will be responsible for paying these charges within 48 hours. If these charges aren’t paid within the required time period per your customs office’s policy, your package will be returned to us (which they will charge us for). 

Once we receive your returned package, you can request a refund for your order but you will not be refunded any amounts for shipping charges in either direction. Or, if you decide to have your order re-shipped, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping charges in both directions prior to your order being re-shipped. Customers are responsible for re-shipping charges when packages are returned to us by the shipper due to an incorrect shipping address being provided or if the shipper was unable to forward or deliver the package.

 

International shipments:

All international orders will ship via USPS & require approval of terms before shipment.

*PLEASE NOTE: APPROVAL OF OUR TERMS IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE SHIPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

Please copy the list of terms shown below and paste them into an email to us at support@norlabdyes.com and let us know that you understand and agree to our terms (please include your name that’s on the order). Otherwise, we will send you an email requesting this information which could delay the shipment of your order.

  1. Buyer is responsible for providing current email address on your order so that you’ll promptly be able to respond to any emails from us, your customs office or your post office.
  2. Buyer is responsible for keeping track of order’s delivery progress. Once we create your shipping label, you’ll receive an email showing your USPS tracking number. If you don’t receive this email within a couple days, please contact us. Once you know your tracking number, please visit www.usps.com to enter your tracking number and set it up so you’ll receive email or text updates regarding the progress of the delivery of your package.
  3. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office in advance to find out what these charges will be prior to ordering. If the tracking shows your package is being held for payment of these charges, you’re responsible for paying these charges within 48 hours.   4. If your post office is unable to deliver your package to you for any reason (incorrect address provided, etc.) and returns it to us, the same 2 options will apply as in #3.

 

Shipments to Freight Forwarders

Please email us prior to ordering at: support@norlabdyes.com Our terms are as follows: If the Ship To address indicated on your order is that of a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for any loss or damage at any point your package is in transit. To collect for loss or damages, it’s your responsibility to file a claim with the freight forwarder.
